COVID-2019

As we all know covid-2019 that is corona virus which is the most harmful virus of all time. It has killed thousands of people and some are suffering from the same. It has destroyed many family, took away many members which is very much of a disaster. The virus causes respiratory illness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough, fever and in more severe cases, pneumonia. You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently and avoiding touching your face.

This virus is very harmful. Many rumours roam in the air about how this virus came to birth. Some say that it is due to bats and so millions of bats were killed. Some say it is due to hens and therefore, millions of hens were killed. Some say it is due to bio- chemical weapons which china is being making and testing. In north Korea and china, thousands of people were gradually burned to prevent the spread of corona virus. Scientists are still finding the remedy and they are working day and night, finding the antidote to kill the virus.

People say the new corona virus spreads primarily through contact with an infected person when they cough or sneeze, or through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose. Is this all true? No one has confirmed how the spread happens. But yes this is true that public gatherings should be not right at this time. People should avoid going out and should immediately contact the nearest doctor if anything happens.

Symptoms:-
cough
fever
tiredness
difficulty breathing (severe cases)

People may be sick with the virus for 1 to 14 days before developing symptoms. The most common symptoms of coronavirus disease are fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Most people recover from the disease without needing special treatment.
More rarely, the disease can be serious and even fatal. Older people, and people with other medical conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease), may be more vulnerable to becoming severely ill.

Prevention:-
To get rid on this deadly disease and also to prevent, one should do the five things,
Wash your hands properly with soap and use excess sanitizers and also use masks to cover your face.
Never use your hands while coughing. Use a mask to cover or your elbows which will help to prevent the spreading of the harmful disease.
Do not let your unwashed hands touch your face or any part of the body where the virus can transmit into your body.
People continuously coughing or sneezing may have the symptoms of corona virus and therefore one should keep atleast one meter distance between them.
If you feel sick, rush to the nearest doctor and do not take that lightly. One should stay home if they feel sick.

There is no specific medicine to prevent or treat coronavirus disease (COVID-19). People may need supportive care to help them breathe.
Self-care
If you have mild symptoms, stay at home until you’ve recovered. You can relieve your symptoms if you:
rest and sleep
keep warm
drink plenty of liquids
use a room humidifier or take a hot shower to help ease a sore throat and cough
Medical treatments
If you develop a fever, cough, and have difficulty breathing, promptly seek medical care. Call in advance and tell your health provider of any recent travel or recent contact with travelers.

The WHO(world health organisation) confirms over several positive cases and lives in the south- Asian region. This is very dangerous news for our country. All the malls, theater, schools and colleges are closed and therefore this could be dangerous. All the offices are also closed and therefore, all the employees now work from home to avoid market crash.

Our scientists are still finding the vaccines to defeat corona virus. Israelis are very close in finding an antidote. Lets hope for the best and also pray that our budding scientists and doctors find something to fight back the deadliest disease.
Recently, our prime minister declared a curfew rather a self-curfew known as “Janta Curfew.” In this curfew, one has to cooperate with the government and themselves. People are not allowed to come out of their house. they are only allowed to buy groceries and food item and also day to day necessities. A curfew in literal sense means that it is a national and major emergency where people are allowed only for two hours to come out of their houses for day to day necessities.

Let us all hope that our medical scientists and doctors come up with something that can fight back corona virus and also let us follow the simple steps given above to fight back the virus. Let us all help each other in making our country a safe place and please do take care of yourselves and your family members and avoid public gatherings and stay in your own houses.
