Fried Rice (Indian Home style)
Easy recipe for Breakfast , lunch or Dinner
1.One bowl cooked rice
2.Two large onion
3.One large Potato
5.Three Green chilies
8.Small amount of groundnuts
9.Turmeric Powder(1 small spoon)
10.Salt(as per taste)
Steps to follow:-
*Finely cut Onion,potato & tomato(Keep 1/4 onion separately for serving time)
*Cut Almond & cashew into 4 pieces
*Take a pan
*Now add one by one Jeera,Sarso,Green chilies,groundnut,onion,Potato,Curry leaves ,Cashew, Almond and at the end Kishmish.
*as the above ingredients are cooked properly and turned pinkish add tomato.
*as soon as tomato turns soft add turmeric powder and salt
*cook for 2-3 minutes
*Now add cooked rice and mix well.
*cover the pan with lid and keep the flame low for 2-3 minutes.
*Sprinkle coriander leaves and stored Onion and turn off the flame.
Serve hot fried rice (for better Taste you can add lemon juice)
