1.Urad Dal(without rind) 2cup
2.onion 4-5
3.green chili 4-5
4.coriander leaves
5.curry leaves
6.salt to taste
7.turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
8.red chill powder 1/2 tea spoon
9.eating soda a pinch

*Soak Urad dal for 4-5 hours.
*wash and smooth grind dal(with minimal amount of water).
*Keep the mixture thick.
*Chop Onion, chili, curry leaves , coriander leaves.


Take grinned dal in a bowl.
*Add chopped veggies + turmeric powder + red chili Powder + soda + salt.
*Mix the mixture gently.
*Heat oil in Deep Kadhai.
*Take some water in other bowl.
*wet your both hands and make small sized bada using your hands.
*keep flame high while putting bada on oil than slow it down.
*turn bada when it changes colour.
*when cooked from both the sides take it out in plate.
*serve it with tomato sauce or tomato chatney or green chatney.
